Will you work in our stack, or push your own?
If your stack is sane (TypeScript-based, maintained, not a 2018 Angular fork), we will happily work inside it. Otherwise we will recommend something safer and explain why in plain English, your call.
What does the timeline actually look like?
Portfolio sites ship in 2 weeks. A business site or product is 2 to 3. Anything platform-scale starts at 4+ weeks and we scope it bottom-up. Every week ends with a staging URL and a written update, you are never wondering where we are.
Do we own the code at the end?
Yes. Full source, repo transferred, design files included, no studio-license attached. There is also a 30-minute handover video so your team can run with it on day one.
What about post-launch support?
Bug-fix support is included at launch; 30 days on Portfolio, 45 on Business, 60 on Enterprise. After that, our $39/month maintenance add-on covers up to 5 requests with a 48hr response time, or you can book a redesign or extra pages whenever you need them. No lock-in.
Can you start this week?
For full projects we are usually booking a few weeks out. For the fixed-price add-ons above we can confirm scope and kick off within 24 hours of your request.
How do payments work?
Nothing is charged on this site. You send a request, we confirm the scope in writing, then invoice you directly by bank transfer or your preferred method. Full projects are staged 40% on signed scope, 40% at design sign-off, 20% on launch. Fixed-price add-ons are invoiced in full before we start. Every invoice is itemised.
